Lounge & Kitchen Area.
On entering the cottage you are met by the pretty beamed lounge area that mixes contemporary cool with traditional coastal comfort. It boasts 2 matching fabric sofas with co ordinating Laura Ashley cushions, 20” LCD flatscreen tv with DVD , Freeview and an IPOD dock. The cottage has beautiful wooden floors throughout.
The kitchen is separated from the lounge area by a deep breakfast bar with 2 bar stools where you can sit and eat or just plan the days activities.
The kitchen is newly fitted with white Shaker style units, cooker with ceramic hob and microwave.
There are all the pots, pans and utensils you need in case you want to strut your culinary stuff!
Bedrooms
There are 2 good size bedrooms, the twin room which is on the 1st floor has zip and link beds for the romantics amongst you, whilst there is also a fitted wardrobe, white painted chest of drawers aand side table.
The main bedroom is on the 2nd floor, it was the attic which has been thoughtfully converted and is a large room which has plenty of ceiling height- so no issues for the taller guest!
This lovely room is dual aspect with the rear window looking over the pretty terraced gardens and sea glimpses from the front window.
It also boasts a new kingsize bed, white painted chest of drawers and side tables.
Both bedrooms have lovely wooden floors just like the rest of the cottage.
The Bathroom
A good sized room with the benefit of a modern suite with bath and electric shower over. It faces out over the pretty terraced garden and has plenty of space for towels and toiletries.
The Store
This is located just opposite the back door in the yard, it was originally the old wash house where the Copper was and is now used for the same purpose – just more modern – with a washing machine and tumble dryer! There are also various buckets and spades etc.
The Garden
The garden is a small pretty terraced area directly above the store at the rear of the cottage.
It is a very sunny spot and has a lovely blue mosaic table, 4 chairs and space to BBQ!
